GemSort ("the app") is a single-player puzzle game published by TiHon ("we"). We take a factual, straightforward approach to privacy. This policy describes what data is collected and by whom.
None. The app has no account system, no sign-in, and no first-party analytics. Everything it remembers is stored only on your device and never leaves it: the highest level you have unlocked, your best remaining-move record for each level, whether sound is muted, and whether you have seen the tutorial hints. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.
The app is free and displays ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC): a banner on the menu and level-map screens, a full-screen interstitial shown occasionally between levels, and an optional rewarded video you may choose to watch when a level is stuck. There are no ads during play.
AdMob may collect the device advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID) and related device or usage data in order to serve, target, and measure ads. This collection is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms of service.

In regions where applicable (such as the European Economic Area), the app shows a consent prompt via Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) before any ad is requested. Users who decline personalized ads will receive non-personalized ads or no ads, depending on what AdMob determines is appropriate.
You can reset or opt out of interest-based advertising at any time through your device's advertising settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android).
The app contains no in-app purchases and no payment processing of any kind.
The app requests INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE permissions. These are used exclusively by the AdMob SDK to load and display ads. The game itself works offline and transmits nothing.
The app is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal data from children. The ad content served by AdMob is subject to Google's policies, which include restrictions for child-directed apps.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
